      I am assuming BCAA you are referring to is branch chain amino acids. This is a dietary supplement, which is made up of 3 amino acids called leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Amino acids come together to make proteins, and these proteins can do a particular job in the body. Specific proteins can build muscle mass. The amino acids in BCAA make proteins that help your muscle grow.
